On the property next to my Father's there was an old homesteader's cabin. On the first nice day, my grandson Ian took off and went to see it, curiosity getting the better of him.
Now, looking back at the picture of him confidently walking up to the weather worn building, I have to wonder just how different each of our lives would be if we still had the confidence and innocence to explore without fear. To explore just for the joy of the discovery.
